YUP IT'S AN OPT IN POST

Louis has mind powers! Most are harmless, but his powers also include:

• Mind reading


• Mind control/hypnotic suggestion


• Seeing the future

Obviously, if a character's immune to mind powers over all, the mind reading/mind control won't effect them (coughRINKUcough), but for those who aren't...
If you want Louis to be able to do the above, please say so here!

By default, he won't do any of this. You do not need to opt OUT of it! This is for people who do want him to fuck with their characters mentally, and/or get weird freaky premonitions for them.
technically he can't control the "seeing the future" part, those are out of his hands, but y'know.
we bend the rules for the sake of others in this household, he won't get premonitions for people who don't want them, and i'll need to ask every time anyway just so i know what he'd even see in the first place, etc etc etc.

Given Rinku's mentioned I gotta comment here. She still tanks mind attacks, and while I've had mind control work on her in the past she's working on resisting it (and depending on how you interpret one thing in canon, she probably does at least have a high resistance), but anything he can manage to do, go ahead and try. Have fun predicting this weird girl.

For Sonia: Unfortunately (or fortunately) Sonia's mind is a mess, so she's very susceptible to any kind of mind control. Enjoy to your hearts content just bear in mind you asked for it Louis 8)

For Ezra: Go ahead, his head is empty most of the time anyway :(

Stelle (starwill) and Inaba (dereban) I'll opt in for - both of them are easily affected by all of the above to varying degrees. Both of my characters have Weird Shit Going On re: seeing the future due to their canon points and CRAU.

Stelle in particular is subject to change after a canon update, but as of her current canonpoint she is described as "having no future" due to her physical state, so if you want things to go fucky in that regard, go for it!

Inaba has some cw: meta stuff in regards to reading her mind/seeing the future that may come up on occasion, but if you're uncomfortable with that in any way, feel free to just Not See It.

And then I have Megumi (yersavior) who is actually a canon psychic and has some resistance and would notice any sort of mind power related stuff and is pretty powerful in her own right so Let's Discuss First. (although I will always say yes if there's Rule of Comedy.)

Opting both of mine in for mind reading and seeing the future!

Unfortunately Levi is from the end of his canon so there's not much of a known future to predict (he'll probably die peacefully of old age) but Katsura's got a bunch of plot twists waiting to happen before he gets his canon update!

Also tentatively opting Katsura in for hypnotic suggestion but I'm gonna need to slap an asterisk on mind control because while I'm generally fine with it being used for humorous purposes, I'd like to discuss what it will entail beforehand! He's already a mess internally and has a huge trauma about watching [SPOILERS] while unable to act, so while I might consider it for a specific plot, generally it would not be fun for me to try to salvage him from something like killing someone against his will if that's on the table.

Levi is canonically immune to mind control and memory manipulation, which basically means that while his mind can be read, it can not be effected, changed or erased. Like a read-only file! How frustrating. There's a lot of swear words in there.
